- Build and maintain a network of sources to generate new sales leads.
- Communicate with customers and leads to understand their product or service needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate product functions and utility based on customer requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve post‑sale issues.
- Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, notifying them of new products or services.
- Keep detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any relationship issues.
- Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
