Position Summary
Maintains and processes shipments for the Club in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Develops and posts delivery schedules.
- Compiles and organizes receiving reports, verifies merchandise counts, routes merchandise to proper locations, and processes payments.
- Receives merchandise for the Facility, organizes and maintains the Receiving area following Company procedures and utilizes equipment appropriately.
- Merchandises and completes required documentation.
- Tracks and processes claims, returns damaged goods, handles liquidation merchandise, maintains and cleans the clearance area, and utilizes technology to capture required reporting and documentation.
- Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines: conducts safety sweeps, adheres to forklift spotting procedures, handles and disposes of hazardous materials properly, follows company steel standard guidelines, and reports unsafe situations to facility management.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks, communicates progress and information, determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*.
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
