Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

• Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs.
• Perform backup warehouse duties as required, including material handling, inventory support, and general warehouse functions.
• Process orders via order management system.
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures.
• Prepare and stage orders for customer pick‑up.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised.
• Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas.
• Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

• 2‑5 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1‑3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of products preferred.
• General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• General math skills to allow for cash accounting.
• Ability to learn is a must-have.
• Excellent decision‑making and communication skills.

$15.00 – $25.39 (hourly for all non‑salaried roles). This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
