Position SummaryWe are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the Member Assist – Cart Attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and keeping carts ready and available.
You will also assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow – our members count on you.

- Keep the parking lot clean, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations
- Assist members with packaging, paying, and cart retrieval according to company policies and procedures
- Ensure club pick up orders are filled and communicate status to members
- Inform members of any delays, back‑orders or product unavailability and offer alternatives
- Process member purchases and payments using cash registers and various membership payment types
- Assist with locating, organizing, and zoning merchandise for ease of member access
- Promote the company's products and services on the floor
- Comply with company policies, procedures and ethics, and apply open‑door principles for continuous improvement
