Directly reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Duties include:
- Nursing Care Functions
- Drug Administration Functions
- Charting and Documentation
- Care Plan and Assessment Functions
Additional duties may be assigned as required by the Director of Nursing or designee. This notice is issued in compliance with 20 CFR 656.10(d).
