Role Overview:

• Routine and emergent maintenance of all Hilltop facilities.
• Maintenance support of all programs including electrical repair (moving sockets/switches and troubleshooting, HVAC troubleshooting to the component level, advanced plumbing repair and maintenance including soldering), painting, and advanced repair or replacement of drywall.
• Removing and replacing floor coverings.
• Refurbishing apartments.
• Read and interpret facility blueprints, produce shop drawings.
• Repairing appliances (washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and stoves).
• Overseeing and enforcing facility safety.
• Assisting with apartment moves and heavy lifting.
• Assisting and overseeing the work of Maintenance Engineer I.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Available for on call rotation.

• Two years of college or four years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License.
• Certification related to maintenance (HVAC, Engineers License, etc.) (preferred).

• Hilltop Criminal Background Check.
• Sex Offender Registry.
• Driving Record.
• Colorado Adult Protective Services Background Check (CAPS).
• Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) Exclusion List.
• Tuberculosis (TB) Skin Test.
• Influenza Vaccination.
• Any other required vaccination.

• Starting wage range: $23.00 to $24.15 per hour.
