We are seeking an experienced civil litigation paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage strong organizational skills and prior experience to manage eviction cases from start to finish, including trial. • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and motions under the supervision of a lawyer
• Facilitate law office activity, including drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers
• Assist lawyers with trial preparation by preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetings
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping the case filing system organized and records readily accessible
• Gather information about factual issues from the client

• Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, or a Bachelor’s degree is desired.
• Three years of experience providing legal services in a law firm setting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure for the County Court and Colorado Revised Statutes governing eviction procedures.
• Recent experience with FEDs and related trial preparation.

$25 - $32 hourly
