This is a full-time, work‑from‑home, or on‑site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located on the Western Slope of CO. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in the mortgage application process, managing loan applications, guiding borrowers through various mortgage products, and ensuring compliance with underwriting standards. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining knowledge of market trends and industry regulations to support clients in making informed decisions.

• Proficiency in Mortgage Lending, Loan Origination, and the Mortgage Industry.
• An understanding of underwriting guidelines and processes.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and nurture relationships with clients.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred.
• State licensing and NMLS certification are required.
