Job Description

We are seeking Adult Psychiatrists to join Life Stance Health, a national provider of mental healthcare focused on evidence-based, medically driven treatment in outpatient settings. We offer a flexible, physician-friendly environment with strong support and modern facilities.

• Provide 100% outpatient psychiatry services with emphasis on medication management and therapy as appropriate.
• Participate in a HYBRID work model with some in-office presence required. Fully licensed in Colorado with BE/BC and an unencumbered DEA.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team in a collegial work environment.

• Fully licensed in Colorado, BE/BC, unencumbered DEA.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.
• Must be located in Colorado (hybrid position, some in-office presence required).
• We sponsor H-1B & J1 Visa Clinicians in certain locations within Colorado.

• Compensation Range: $256,000 - $350,000+
• Flexible work schedules. Full-time and part-time (20 hours/week+).
• 100% outpatient work with no nights, no on-call duties, and no mandatory weekends.
• Telemedicine and in-person flexibility.
• Generous above-market compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings.
