Front Desk / Customer Service Representative

Type: Full-Time

Location: Grand Junction, CO

Pay: $17-22/hour

Position

The Front Desk / Customer Service Representative serves as the central communication hub between customers, service technicians, and internal operations. This role is responsible for scheduling service work, coordinating technician communication, managing parts requests, maintaining accurate job documentation, and ensuring customers receive clear and timely updates regarding their pool and spa service needs.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient service operations and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers calling or visiting regarding service requests
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for pool and spa technicians
  • Communicate scheduling updates, delays, and service follow-ups with customers
  • Manage technician calendars and route schedules to maximize efficiency
  • Coordinate parts requests from technicians and assist with ordering when needed
  • Track incomplete jobs and schedule follow-up service appointments
  • Maintain accurate job documentation, service notes, and photos in the company CRM system
  • Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding job status and scheduling changes
  • Ensure service jobs are properly documented before completion
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules and service requests
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Experience with scheduling or service coordination preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM or service management software (Service Fusion experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with field technicians and internal team members
