As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front‑line service to our passengers.

• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re‑book passengers all in a prompt and friendly manner

• Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints

• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews

• Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights

• Other duties as assigned

We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! Sky West Customer Service Agents come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. To apply, you only atom have to meet the following criteria:

• 18 years of age or older

• Possess a valid unrestricted state‑issued driver’s license

• Have a High School Diploma or GED

• Pass a pre‑placement background check and drug screen

• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation

• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Part‑time and full‑time positions may be available

• Starting at $15.16 an hour
