This is a full-time, on-site role for a Target Security Specialist located in Grand Island, NE. The primary responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and property by preventing theft, managing incidents, and responding to emergencies. The role also involves monitoring surveillance systems, supporting cyber and physical security initiatives, and maintaining detailed documentation of incidents. The Specialist will collaborate closely with team members and leadership to foster a safe and secure shopping environment.

• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and leadership
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency protocols
• Previous experience in a security role or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or training in security is an advantage
