Express Pawn in Grand Island is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position involves retail sales, customer service, and handling pawn and buy transactions. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with buying, selling, and pawning merchandise
• Clearly explain loan terms, pricing, and store policies
• Process sales, payments, and pawn transactions accurately
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure showroom
• Verify customer identification and complete required documentation
• Follow all company policies and state regulations

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales or retail experience preferred (but not required)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
• Ability to pass a background check if required
