Base pay range$20.00/hr - $33.00/hr
- Hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage at the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums in the form of hourly premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job OverviewStocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
