DescriptionSupport Supervisor:
Be a Leader, Make a Difference! Are you a passionate and organized leader ready to ensure the highest quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities? As a Residential Program Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between great support and successful operations.
You'll coordinate and manage all program activities
, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement. Your key responsibilities include:
- Operational Management: Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
- Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.
- Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.
- Maintaining excellence: Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.

SCHEDULE: Days, salaried, on-call responsibilities will include other hours as needed to support the department/agency.
Position will be based in Grand Island.

RequirementsWhat YOU'LL Bring:

- Adaptable Leadership: Proven time management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program.
- Essential Foundations: An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education.

Certifications:
Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.
