• Operational Management: Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
• Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.
• Maintaining excellence: Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.

Schedule: Days, Salaried, On-call responsibilities will include other hours as needed to support the department/agency.
Position will be based in Grand Island.
