Provides assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation and continence;
Assists with senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees;
Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation;
Prioritizes assignments and adjusts shift to meet frequently changing/ overlapping senior/client/caregiver/TEAMember/manager needs;
Follows through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan and HIPAA compliance
