Eventide Senior Living - Up to $20.16/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provides assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation, continence);
Assists with senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees;
Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation;
Prioritizes assignments and adjusts shift to meet frequently changing senior/client/caregiver/TEAMember/manager needs, call lights, when necessary;
Follows through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan and HIPAA privacy regulations
