Eventide Senior Living - - - Responsibilities:
Provides assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation and continence.;
Assists with senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees.;
Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation.;
Prioritizes assignments and adjusts throughout shift to meet changing resident and caregiver needs.;
Follows through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan for each client.
