CNA- Evenings- Grand

Overview

Eventide-Tabitha at Tabitha Prairie Commons in Grand Island is currently hiring for a Full-Time Certified Nursing Aide (CNA). The scheduled hours for this position are 2p-10p (8 hours). This position has an every other weekend and holiday rotation.

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, transferring/ambulation and continence.
• Assists with Senior/client admissions, discharges, transfers and orientation of new employees.
• Follows department protocol for submission of completed documentation.
• Prioritizes assignments, making adjustments throughout shift to meet frequently changing/overlapping Senior/client/caregiver/TEAMember/manager needs, call lights, when necessary.
• Performs work duties within the assigned work environment related to the position, as assigned by Tabitha, regardless of TEAMember preference.
• Follows through on the comprehensive care plan/service plan as developed for each individual senior/client.
• Complies with HIPAA regulations regarding privacy by ensuring that Protected Health Information (PHI) is safeguarded at all times.

• At least age 18.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred.
