• Plan and conduct environmental compliance and management system audits across U.S. operations
• Assess air, water, waste, and chemical management programs using environmental expertise
• Prepare and distribute clear audit reports to business partners and leadership
• Collaborate with teams to enhance audit protocols based on regulatory changes and internal needs
• Evaluate compliance documentation and perform on-site verification to identify risks

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of environmental compliance, auditing, or permitting experience
• Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulatory programs
• Proven ability to analyze complex regulatory information and form supported audit conclusions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point

• 7+ years of environmental experience
• Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third-party)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report development
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional or global teams
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or other environmental auditing certifications
