Responsibilities- Investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and measures.
- and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes.
- Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret statistical data related to occupational illnesses and accidents.
- All other duties assigned by the Safety and Health Manager.
- 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing setting
- 1+ years’ experience in management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor Degree in a related field preferred
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Work in a fast pace environment where beef is processed
- Able to work at least 50+ hours a week
- Must be a highly effective communicator
- FLEXIBLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
