Setting: Hospital (clinic-based)
Responsibilities: Outpatient clinic and inpatient scopes
Required Procedures: Inpatient and outpatient GI scopes
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, full services onsite including lab and X-ray
Days Per Month: Varies (Open dates: 5/19 5/23, 6/2 6/5, 6/23 6/26)
On-Call/Weekends: No
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified Required
ACLS Required
Active MI license & CSR at time of submission Required
Minimum 2 3 years post-fellowship GI experience Required
Clean background (minimal malpractice acceptable) Required
COVID-19 vaccination Required
DEA Verbal confirmation at name clear Required
