** Administrative Assistant / Activities Coordinator We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our senior living community team. In addition to performing administrative assistant duties, this role will also be responsible for planning and coordinating engaging activities for our residents. The position will also serve as a backup driver for resident outings and appointments.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong organizational and communication skills Compassionate and committed to enhancing the lives of seniors
** Summary
* * Must be self-directed with a high level of accountability and minimal supervision. Functions as a resource for employees and clients.
** Job Description
** Performs clerical and managerial duties in support of multiple departments and leaders. Responsible for specific tasks requiring data entry, department ordering, time and attendance, production improvement and phone services. Provides project support as needed. Provide training and orientation to new staff. Respects and maintains confidentiality of all verbal and written communications.
** Qualifications
* * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associate degree preferred.
At least one year of applicable experience preferred.
