Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Execute corrective repairs on production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Install, calibrate, and test new or modified equipment and components.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Conduct predictive maintenance inspections and utilize diagnostic tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and programming (e.g., Allen‑Bradley, Siemens).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Technical degree, certificate, or apprenticeship in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• HVAC or refrigeration system maintenance experience.
• Forklift or aerial lift certification.
