In this lively leadership role, the Shift Supervisor champions Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

• Conquering all aspects of the Crew Member position.
• Overseeing and encouraging all team members to perform at their best.
• Ensuring the store is prepared for projected business needs.
• Maintaining guest service, product quality, food handling, sanitation, safety, and security to the highest standards.
• Accountable for cash handling, schedules, breaks, opening/closing duties, and accurate shift paperwork using the POS.
• Addressing emergencies, guest complaints, equipment problems, product shortages, and team member issues calmly and friendly.
• Training and developing team members for growth.
• Operating the store independently when the manager is absent.

• Ability to communicate, read, and apply fundamental math skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Capacity to manage difficult or emotional guest and crew situations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, POS).
• Basic knowledge of store financials (P&Ls, break‑even, food cost, labor cost).

• Desire to be a team player and lead with a great attitude.
• Minimum six months experience in QSR or similar crew role.
• Ability to build positive relationships with supervisors, co‑workers, and guests.
• Knowledge of food safety.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle items.
• Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Must perform cleaning duties (wiping, sweeping, mopping).
• Must lift or move up to 30 pounds.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
