Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and data analysis.
• Proven experience in mentoring or coaching team members for skill development.
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in languages prevalent in the local workforce.
