Machine Operator - Plastic Injection Molding (3rd Shift)

Location: Grand Haven, MI 49417

Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Sunday - Thursday

Pay: $15/hr + $1/hr premium pay

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for Plastic Injection Molding to join our 3rd shift team. The ideal candidate will work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Lift and carry parts as needed off belts.
• Sort finished products according to specifications.
• Examine and discard defective parts to ensure product quality.
• Package good parts per specifications into boxes or specified packaging.
• Fill out control plans according to product specifications.
• Communicate suspected problems or changes in production/quality to the supervisor as needed.
• Manage area housekeeping activities when requested.
• Assist in waste disposal and recycling activities.

• Ability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM), Sunday through Thursday.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to lift and carry parts as required.
• Good communication skills to report issues and collaborate with supervisors.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, etc. for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
