Senior Human Resources Generalist; Labor​/Union

We are representing a globally recognized Fortune 500 manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a senior level Human Resources Generalist (Labor/Union). The HR Generalist (Labor/Union) will report to the Director of Labor Relations who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP.

This is a NEWLY created position.

*** This is a 5 day/week ONSITE position. NO REMOTE/HYBRID OPTIONS ***

• Candidate will report to the Director of Labor Relations while working cross functionally with different departments.
• Candidate will help support the current collective bargaining agreement of a 1,500+ employee unionized campus.
• Position entails providing practical, consistent, and pro-active support, direction and advice to plant management, supervisors and employees on complex Human Resource, Labor, Employee Relations, and regulatory issues.
• This position will focus on investigations (complaint/grievance activity), overview of contract (interpretation of contract language), compliance & contractual requirements, NEGOTIATION, etc..
• Candidate will work closely with Senior HR and Operations leadership.
• This is a unionized environment.

• Bachelor's Degree is required for consideration. Advanced degree and/or certifications are considered a plus
• Candidate should have at least 3+ years of Plant level HR Union/Labor experience for consideration.
