Director of Commercial Operations - Finance

Kforce has a client in Grand Haven, MI that is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations – Finance. We’re seeking a strategic, hands‑on finance leader to drive commercial insights, operational alignment, and value‑creation initiatives across the Americas. This position will report directly to the CFO.

• Lead commercial finance modeling, pricing, and margin analysis
• Support cross‑functional initiatives across Sales, Operations, and Finance
• Help advance integration and value‑capture efforts
• Build executive‑ready financial insights, dashboards, and recommendations
• Partner across the region to strengthen processes and performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA/CPA preferred
• 5–8+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or operations finance
• Strong modeling and executive communication skills
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Ability to travel up to 10%

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
