Electrical Controls Engineer

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer due to a continued growth/new business. This position will report to the Senior Engineering Manager who is looking to begin the interview process ASAP.

• Provide key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurable to support the departmental goals.
• Maintain PLC based control systems for manufacturing automation and instrumentation.
• Program PLC ladder logic (Allen Bradley)
• Lead projects and assist skilled trades in electrical disciplines.
• Support operations in electrical/controls troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with engineering team to define system control needs.
• Assist corporate controls in engineering changes and new programs.
• Guides design, develops and tests electrical control methods, materials, processes and results.
• Champion assigned engineering changes communicate and coordinate accordingly to all

• Electrical Engineering Degree is required for consideration
• Candidate should be well versed in Allen Bradley PLC's
• Experience in programming, installation, startup, and debug of integrated robotic production systems.
• Proficient in reading, interpreting and editing electrical schematics and diagrams
