Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

• Process accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to suppliers for raw materials and operational expenses.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers for manufactured goods and services, and monitoring collections.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and submitting related tax filings.
• Maintain the general ledger, posting journal entries, and ensuring accurate classification of transactions.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures and prepare basic financial reports.
• Track inventory‑related transactions and assist in reconciling raw material and finished goods inventory.

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate bank and account reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods.

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Net Suite, Dynamics 365)
• Understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation methods
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with payroll processing for an hourly/production workforce
