Job Title: CDL Driver

Location: Grand Forks, North Dakota

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Operations Manager

This role supports regional transportation needs by operating company vehicles to ensure timely and secure delivery of goods across designated routes. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, experienced, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

• Operate commercial vehicles, including flatbed trailers, in full compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload, secure and transport goods safely and efficiently using chains, binders, and ratchet straps.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics personnel.
• Uphold safety and compliance standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Support Grand Forks Operations (Production, Warehouse) with additional duties as needed.
• Safely operate tractor-trailer on regional/day routes.
• Make U.S./Canada border stops and handle documentation.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Meet delivery schedules and maintain logs.

• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL).
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Must travel across the U.S. and Canada border; passport or enhanced license required.
• Able to complete drug and alcohol testing successfully.
• Able to complete a criminal record check successfully.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to sit for periods over 4 hours.
