- On-target earnings of $55,000 - $70,000 based on sales experience. Compensation structure is composed of base pay, commission, and goal-based bonuses.

Responsibilities- Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels.
- Build lasting relationships within your market that lead to positive outcomes.
- Build extensive product knowledge to best deliver value to clients and prospects.
- Qualify leads to assess their fit for our products/services.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to personalize outreach.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to transition closed deals into successful clients.
- Occasional travel to conferences and events.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and embody our company values.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex concepts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Tendency to embrace challenges and seek innovation.
