Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail or relevant management experience.
• Experience motivating a team toward goals.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction from store manager.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height with proper equipment.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledgeable in general retail practices and procedures.
• Team‑player energy and enthusiasm to encourage associates and achieve goals.
• Manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and clear communication.
• Mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
