Employment Duration:
Part‑time

• Schedule can range from Sunday to Saturday. Full‑time hours are flexible, with at least five days a week (Friday required). Part‑time hours are flexible, 2–4 days a week (Friday required).
• Work starts between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., ends 6:00 p.m. (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten product on the shelf and keep displays neat.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials into store.
• Use a company‑issued mobile device to complete work while navigating multiple applications.
• Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions within Acosta's field technology on your device.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and Acosta clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
• Report work the same day you complete it.

• Merchandise brands you know and love in a variety of categories.
• Variety in daily tasks so you don’t get stuck doing the same thing.
• Health plan options, including no‑copay telemedicine, regardless of hours worked.

• Own your store(s); be the face of Acosta in Walmart settings.
• Work independently while being an extension of the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
• Leverage support and share best practices with our Walmart team nationwide.
• Contact your manager for help with challenges in store.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions.
• Provide accurate data and photos according to instructions.

• Access to reliable transportation to multiple retail locations on a daily schedule.
