Customer Account Representative

Join us as a Customer Account Representative at Rent‑A‑Center
. In this role you’ll provide our customers with excellent service and help sell and deliver the products that make everyday life easier.

Hourly Rate: $15.90 – $18.70 per hour (minimum).

• Paid Time Off and regular Sunday off – we close on Sundays.

• Provide outstanding customer service in store and at customer homes, handling new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups, loading/unloading, installation of products, ensuring safe and compliant procedures and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
• Maintain store merchandising standards – reorganize product, keep areas clean and organized.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record – you will drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Demands

This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and frequent lifting or moving of heavy items. All duties must be performed in accordance with company safety guidelines.

Expected Hours of Work

Full‑time position. Work Monday through Saturday with typical store operating hours;
Sundays off plus one additional weekday off. Schedules may vary with business needs and overtime may be requested.
