Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains Dining room/assist with Service Areas cleaning and appearance
- Insures and stocks clean napkins, flatware, glassware, salt and peppers, and table media
- Cleans tabletops, chairs, booths, picks up trash, and vacuums carpet areas.
- Works with sanitizer chemical to sterilize contact areas in dining rooms.
- Spot clean glass and windows when required.
- Follows Best Food Practices Safety Policies
- Correctly uses and maintains all equipment provided to complete tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Must be able to adhere to all safety and sanitation policies which include removal of all jewelry
- Hairnets and beard restraints are also a requirement in our food preparation areas
- Incumbents should have an optimistic attitude, willingness to learn new skills, high degree of integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Able to stand on one's feet for 3-4 hours.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to have an eye for detail
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
