• Providing direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care.

• Current RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (we can help you obtain it if you do not have it).
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred.
