A Bakery Production Associate at Hugo’s Central Bakery is responsible for assisting in the production and preparation of baked goods, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring smooth bakery operations.

Positions available:

• Central Bakery Packager: Full or Part-Time, 7am-3:30pm, must lift 50lbs, reliable, able to read production sheets, training provided.
• Donut Icer: Full or Part-Time, 9am-5:30pm, same requirements as above, training provided.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring product quality and appearance
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
• Assisting with inventory and storage
• Collaborating with team members
• Following safety and food handling regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience in bakery or food production preferred but not required
• Basic baking knowledge and ability to follow recipes
• Attention to detail, physical stamina, teamwork skills
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus but not necessary.

This is an entry-level, full-time position in the management and manufacturing industry, within beverage manufacturing.
