• Rip through a wide range of maintenance and repairs on assigned gear, rocking technical diagnostics, break/fixes, installations, removals, and customer support
• Master product training, becoming a pro at servicing both color and black & white multifunction systems.
• Teach customers how to own their gear
• Handle call activity like a boss and tackle the necessary admin tasks that come with it
• Take on other tasks that are deemed essential to keep the team going

• Strong electrical and mechanical skills that’ll make sparks fly
• An internal fire and personal drive that fuels your hunger for excellence
• An obsession with detail and a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction
• A knack for networking and a shout-out if you've got previous copier/printer service experience
• A valid driver’s license.
