Required skills and qualifications
  • One to three years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with Indeed, social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment best practices

What a Day in the Life Looks Like:
  • Position Posting and Monitoring:
    This position oversees job postings and applicant tracking.
  • Job Offer Administration:
    This is the efficient and timely task of making job offers.
  • Background Check Administration and Pre-Onboarding Communication:
    This task includes ensuring consistent communication with the applicant to know where they are in the hiring process and the first day of employment preparation and clarity.
  • Recruiting Event Coordination:
    You will determine when additional recruiting events, hiring blitzes, career fairs, etc., are needed.
  • Talent Acquisition Reporting:
    This includes understanding the Applicant Tracking Software and utilizing regular applicant reporting and analysis to determine whether recruitment strategies meet expectations.
