Altru Health System, a leading nonprofit, physician-led regional health system based in Grand Forks, ND, is seeking a full-time Dermatologist to join their growing dermatology team. Candidates with Mohs surgery training are preferred, though highly motivated general dermatologists are encouraged to apply. This position offers the chance to practice in a collaborative outpatient setting with no weekends or call, supported by a robust team of advanced practice providers.

Work alongside one other dermatologist and a team of 5 APPs in a busy clinic utilizing Epic EMR and state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment technologies.
Opportunity to provide a broad range of dermatologic care including medical, surgical, and cosmetic procedures.
Enjoy a Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule with no weekend or hospital call, offering excellent work-life balance.

Affiliation with the University of North Dakota School of Medicine provides optional teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.
MD/DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology required.
Fellowship training or experience in Mohs micrographic surgery strongly preferred but not required.
Open to experienced dermatologists as well as 2026/2027 graduates.
H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
Must be willing to relocate to and reside in Grand Forks, ND as per system bylaws.
Outpatient-focused practice with no inpatient or hospital call responsibilities.
Part of a growing health system with access to multidisciplinary specialty support including oncology, cardiology, and surgical services at the 226-bed hospital, opened in 2025.

Competitive base salary with production incentives (wRVU model).
$50,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance (paid in two installments).
