Position OverviewMAK Drilling is hiring motivated, hard-working individuals to join our geotechnical drilling crew. This role is for people who aren’t afraid of physical work, long days, and working outdoors in all conditions — and who want to build a career with a fast-growing company.
You will assist in geotechnical drilling operations on job sites across the central United States, supporting projects that directly impact infrastructure, development, and community growth.
This is not a desk job. This is hands-on, boots-on-the-ground work for people who take pride in earning their pay.
Responsibilities- Assist drill operators with geotechnical drilling operations
- Handle drill rods, tooling, core samples, and materials
- Set up and tear down equipment at job sites
Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas - Travel regularly to project locations across multiple states
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Support crew efficiency and productivity
- Ability to perform hard, physical labor daily
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and rain
- Willing and able to travel frequently (multi-state travel)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Drilling, construction, oilfield, or heavy equipment experience is a plus — but not required
- 6-figure earning potential
