Summary
The Date Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of client and student records. This role involves heavy data entry, database management, and maintaining APH (American Printing House for the Blind) inventory, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, data-driven approaches, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Minimum QualificationsRequires an associate degree with major coursework in office support, databases, business, or office education and two years of experience performing a variety of complex office work which included opportunities for functioning as a project coordinator, team leader, or lead worker. Additional work experience (as described above) may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis. Use of computers and Microsoft Office - Required.
People Soft Experience - Preferred. Power BI - Preferred. SharePoint - Preferred.
