Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club. The hourly wage range is $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• Ensure a well-kept parking lot and assist members with purchases; have carts ready and available.
• Assist members with loading vehicles and provide a positive member experience.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; assist with accessing and transporting items as needed; source carts/flatbeds and keep the area organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, answering questions, and helping with purchasing decisions.
• Operate cash registers and process member purchases according to company policies; handle payments for different membership and payment types where applicable.
• Follow safety procedures, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics, and support open communication with managers and co-workers.
• Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to change.
