• Assignment Length: 13-week travel nursing contract

  1 Genesys Pkwy, Grand Blanc, MI 48439 (Greater Flint, Michigan area)
• Unit:
  Telemetry (Float Staffing)
• Shifts:
  
  12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:30am)
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Start Date:
  
  September 22, 2025
• Patient Ratios:
  Typically 1:4 to 1:7/8, varies by unit
• Union Facility:
  Yes
• Estimated Hourly Pay Range: $47 - $61
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1690 - $1740

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and patient education for individuals and families
• Communicate patient and family information effectively to the healthcare team
• Identify and address variances from patient goals, implementing solutions as needed
• Float to various units (2ST, CVC, 4S, 4N, 2SA, rehab, obs) every 4 hours as required
