McLaren Health Care is hiring a Senior Net Revenue Analyst to support reimbursement strategy, cost reporting, and net revenue integrity across assigned subsidiaries.
This is not a revenue cycle role
. It’s a finance and reimbursement-focused position.
Hybrid
- Out-of-state: onsite twice per year (3 days each visit)
$80,000–$105,000/year (based on experience & education)
AL, AZ, AR, GA, IL, IN, KY, KS, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WI, WV
What You’ll Do- Prepare and review Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross cost reports
- Build and analyze monthly contractual allowance models
- Perform reserve analysis and net revenue projections
- Support budget preparation and strategic financial planning
- Analyze reimbursement regulation changes and financial impact
- Support audits, settlements, and cash reconciliations
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 3+ years in reimbursement or finance with net revenue responsibility
- Net revenue and/or cost reporting experience (required)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Home Health or Physician Group exposure
