About the Job

Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers who are natural leaders, capable of handling cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations while following all policies and procedures.

• Responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set an example and enforce policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, image, standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Correct monetary change and verbal, writing, phone skills.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, including adverse terrain.

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, temperature extremes, fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, driving.

• Deliver product by car to customer's door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle available for delivery.
