Career Path:

• Trainee Lube Technician:
  Develop and master technical skills to achieve Flat Rate Lube Technician Status
• Compensation: $15/clock hour
• Flat Rate Lube Technician: 100% Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) and develop "maintenance" skillset
• Compensation: $16/flat rate hour
• Apprentice Technician:
  Hands-on experience with expert ASAP Line Technician and complete State and Manufacturer Certifications
• Compensation: $42,500 Salary
• Line Technician:
  Kick off an AWESOME career as an Al Serra Auto Plaza Technician
• Compensation: $52,500

Responsibilities:

• Quality Control
• 100% Fixed Right First Time
• Execute Multi Point Inspection
• Clean and test drive vehicle
• Efficiency - perform repairs in a timely manner
• Ongoing Training (OEM + State Certifications)
